..in terms of writing. Nothing really came to mind today to write about.
It was a busy day, though. I was out morning, afternoon and evening!
I certainly had a good afternoon nap!

What I have eaten today:
Breakfast
1 smoothie with frozen fruit, yogurt, milk, 1 egg, bananas and strawberries and granola cookie
Lunch
1 toasted BLT on whole wheat
Dinner
pancakes with syrup
PLUS
2 cups of coffee with flavoured creamer
NO chocolate
Exercise
Leg extensions-At least 2 sets per day, 10 reps each leg
Bridges-At least 2 sets per day, 5 reps
Plank or V-sit-At least 2 sets per day, 5 reps
1-6:20 pm-plank
