Dairy is supposed to be bad when you are congested but I sure am missing all my dairy products! No smoothies, no cheese, no yogurt.
What I have eaten today:
Breakfast
crackers and hummus
Lunch
1 toasted ham sandwich with mayo
Dinner
1 toasted ham sandwich with mayo, I thought there was going to be salad fixin's too but nope!
evening snack, egg salad on whole wheat crackers
PLUS
1 cups of coffee with flavoured creamer
NO chocolate
My exercise routine. Each set includes:
Leg extensions-10 reps each leg
Bridges-5 reps
Plank or V-sit-15 seconds
1st set-10:41 am-v-sit
2nd set-1:52 pm-plank
3rd set-10:08 pm-v-sit
