My friend, A, has inspired me. I cannot run half marathon run like she did but I CAN walk! My first goal is to get up to 5kms at once! Right now my limit is about 1.5-2 kms. I chose 5 kms because it is a nice round number and because it is approximately how far it is on the Hamilton (accessible I have been told) walking trails to get to the new pedestrian bridge over the highway and to the beach on the other side! The beach!! I can bus it home from there. How about the out-there dream of being able to walk both ways??!!!
A walking club would be great because I could meet more people. I live a VERY sheltered life right now and that is not pleasing to God. I am certainly being a light on a hill. I am hidden right now, being selfish and not getting out and about and sharing God's love.

What I have eaten today:
very late Breakfast
1 smoothie with frozen fruit, yogurt, milk, 1 egg, bananas and strawberries and peanut butter bars crumbled into it
Lunch
no lunch on account of the late breakfast
Dinner
sausages, mashed potatoes, veggies
EDIT: that lunch I didn't eat? I ate it at 9 pm. I was hungry! The other half of yesterday's panzarotti. YUM!
PLUS
ONE cup of coffee with flavoured creamer
some chocolate
1 Mudslide
My exercise routine. Each set includes:
Leg extensions-10 reps each leg
Bridges-5 reps
Plank or V-sit-15 seconds
Stairs-2 sets each time
1st set-
2nd set-
3rd set-
