It is nice to be home today! There really is no place like home!

What I have eaten today:
Breakfast
1 bowl of Oatmeal Crisp cereal.
Lunch
no lunch. :((
I was out and about running errands. Before I realized I was hungry, I was making dinner!
Dinner
stir fry with rice with BBQ chicken and veggies
PLUS
3 cups of coffee with flavoured creamer
NO chocolate
2 km walk!
Leg extensions-At least 2 sets per day, 10 reps each leg
Bridges-At least 2 sets per day, 5 reps
Plank or V-sit-At least 2 sets per day, 5 reps
1-10:42 am-plank
2-10:53 pm-v-sit
